These terms apply to the Sanchaya member and Organizer apps and related web pages. By using Sanchaya, you agree to these terms.

What Sanchaya provides

Sanchaya provides tools for organizers and members to keep group, contribution, payout, and expense records and communicate about them. Sanchaya is a record-keeping tool. It does not hold, collect, transfer, or pay money for a group, and it does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Your account and records

Use accurate information, keep your account and device secure, and use the service lawfully. Organizers are responsible for their group operations, obtaining any required permission to enter member information, and checking the accuracy of records they create or change. Members should review important records and raise discrepancies with their organizer.

Payments and group decisions

Deposits, collections, payouts, auctions, and settlements take place outside Sanchaya between the people involved. Organizers and members remain responsible for their own payments, decisions, and compliance obligations. App summaries and calculations depend on the information entered by users, so check important figures against your own records.

Availability and changes

We may change features to maintain or improve the service. Temporary interruptions or errors may occur. We may update these terms and will show the latest version and date on this page.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. See the account deletion instructions to request deletion of an account.
